This assessment is designed for:

  • Youth footballers (10–18 yrs) who train and play regularly

  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents concerned about growth, energy, recovery, or frequent illness

  • 🏃 Senior players feeling flat, inconsistent, or struggling to recover

  • 💪 Athletes doing soccer, gym, swimming, running, or multi-sport weeks

If training load is going up but energy, strength, or consistency isn’t — this is for you.

 

What I Assess

During the assessment, I’ll analyse:

1️⃣ Growth & Body Composition Context

  • Height, weight, age, gender

  • Growth stage considerations (especially for juniors)

  • Red flags for low energy availability

BMI alone doesn’t tell the full story — but in young athletes, very low values alongside high activity matter.


2️⃣ Training Load & Weekly Activity

We look at:

  • How many days per week you’re active

  • What those sessions actually involve, for example:

    • Hard 90-minute football training

    • Medium 60-minute gym session (strength / plyometrics)

    • Light aerobic day (easy run, swim, recovery)

This lets me estimate real energy needs, not guesswork.


3️⃣ Real-World Food Intake (Not “Perfect” Days)

You’ll log 2 normal days of eating inside an app, using specific portions, for example:

  • 1 cup full-cream A2 milk

  • 2 slices white toast with honey

  • A handful of nuts

  • Chicken wrap, pasta, cereal, snacks, drinks

👉 No judgement. No “clean eating” pressure.
Just accurate data.
