What I Assess
During the assessment, I’ll analyse:

BMI alone doesn’t tell the full story — but in young athletes, very low values alongside high activity matter.
2️⃣ Training Load & Weekly Activity
We look at:

How many days per week you’re active

What those sessions actually involve, for example:

Hard 90-minute football training

Medium 60-minute gym session (strength / plyometrics)

Light aerobic day (easy run, swim, recovery)

This lets me estimate real energy needs, not guesswork.
3️⃣ Real-World Food Intake (Not “Perfect” Days)
You’ll log 2 normal days of eating inside an app, using specific portions, for example:

1 cup full-cream A2 milk

2 slices white toast with honey

A handful of nuts

Chicken wrap, pasta, cereal, snacks, drinks
👉 No judgement. No “clean eating” pressure.
